SHIPPING 

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days and are often delivered within 7 business days after being shipped from our location.
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 30 days to initiate a return from the date an order is delivered. This includes international orders. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the item has been washed or worn.

To initiate a return, please email us first for return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

All approved returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of approval. Returns that are not sent back within this window will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Returns for store credit will receive a credit for the full value of the returned item. Your store credit will never expire and can be used toward anything on our site.

Returns for a refund will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Please allow time to process your return or exchange. We will wait to ship out the new exchange order once we receive and process the original item. For both returns and exchanges this process may take up to 2–3 weeks.

Currently, we only offer exchanges for the same item. If you want a different item, please complete the return process for a refund or store credit and then place a new order.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy or show signs of wear, washing, damage, or excessive return activity.

All orders placed with a promotional discount are final sale and are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
